What is Addicted?
Addicted is a product studio. Our core team runs each project from research to release and brings in trusted specialists when the scope calls for it. Every project has one accountable lead. Audit, product design, and engineering are separate services: you can buy any one of them.
Who leads the work?
Egor Sazanov leads the studio: ten years of product work at Ozon, Avito, and Yandex Practicum. Every project has one accountable lead; trusted specialists join when the scope calls for it.
What does the studio do?
We investigate products, design interfaces and systems, build web, iOS and AI workflows, and audit SaaS security, production stability, and 152-ФЗ readiness.
How does an engagement work?
Fixed scope, fixed duration, and one accountable lead. We start with evidence, then deliver the design, production code, or severity-ranked audit report and remediation plan the engagement calls for.
How does the subscription work?
A subscription covers design or development in 4-week cycles, with a minimum of 3 cycles and payment for each cycle. A design cycle includes two 2-week sprints. After the first 3 cycles, renew one cycle at a time; give 30 days’ notice to end the subscription.
Can I pause or cancel?
You can pause once during the subscription, for up to 4 weeks. Tasks do not accumulate during the pause. If you leave before the end of the first 3 cycles, pay for the current started cycle and receive all completed work; the remaining cycles are not charged.
How many revisions are included?
A one-off design sprint includes 2 rounds of revisions for each sprint deliverable. A round is one consolidated list of feedback, not a stream of separate messages. Additional rounds go into the next sprint. In a subscription, revisions are unlimited within the cycle’s task queue.
Is a re-test included in the audit?
Express audit includes one re-test of fixed P0/P1 findings within 60 days of the report. Full audit includes one re-test of all fixed findings within 90 days. Re-tests check earlier findings only; a fresh search is a new audit.
How do I pay?
We agree the scope and issue an invoice. Subscriptions are billed per 4-week cycle. Prices in USD. Invoiced from Georgia; no VAT added.
